Ticket exchanges/refunds/donations

Ticket refunds are only granted when events are postponed or cancelled. If a performance is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or a credit to another Moss Arts Center event. Service, delivery, and other charges are non-refundable. Please contact the Moss Arts Center box office at (540) 231-5300 for information about ticket exchanges and donations.

Lost tickets

Group ticket sales

For groups of 10 or more, please contact the Moss Arts Center box office at (540) 231-5300.

Late seating

Moss Arts Center performances begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Late seating takes place at the first appropriate moment in the program, at the house management’s discretion. Latecomers may be seated in the back.

ADA special assistance

The Moss Arts Center is committed to being accessible to all of our patrons. Patrons with disabilities and their companions are accommodated through wheelchair seating, parking, and other special requests throughout the center in all levels and pricing categories. Assisted listening devices are available. Service animals of all kinds are permitted. Sign interpretations and large-print programs are available with advance notification.

Closures for holidays

Inclement weather

Moss Arts Center performances and special events will only be cancelled for inclement weather in extreme cases. Please check our website and call the Moss Arts Center box office at (540) 231-5300 for timely information about closures due to inclement weather.

Concessions

Beverages and snacks are available for purchase before performances and during intermissions.
