PK-12 grades are invited to schedule a free field trip to the Center for the Arts during the months of September 2025 through May 2026.
We offer personalized field trips for you school group, which include a guided gallery tour, interactive building tour, or unique workshop designed for your students' grade level, in which participants can get creative with an arts experience. Sign up here!
Discovery Day!
A Creative Summer Experience
Your summer program's first through rising eighth graders can explore art, architecture, and creativity for one fun and immersive day with a Center for the Arts Discovery Day!, a hands-on field trip on Virginia Tech’s Blacksburg campus!
The free field trip can include a guided gallery tour, an interactive building tour, or a unique workshop in which participants can get creative with an arts experience. Delve into the perfect opportunity to spark imagination and discover new skills this summer!
